Mark is involved in teaching others about Family Tree Maker software through classes and virtual presentations, and by participating in genealogy conferences, where he shares insights and knowledge about genealogy and software.

He specialises in helping researchers effectively use Family Tree Maker, offering clear instruction and practical guidance that benefits beginners and experienced users alike.

These responsibilities leverage his extensive experience in genealogy, and aim to enhance user engagement and education in the field.
